Hello Karina; as per your e-mails with our customer service department the item was delivered on time to a community mailbox and Canada Post forgot to leave the key for you to retrieve your order from a larger mailbox. Your order was just placed on February 11th and was not scheduled to leave our personalization department until the 14th and was delivered on the 18th.

I ordered a couple of things online and they took fairy long to get to me. When I did get them, the box was damaged and really dirty. The damaged box was likely do to the courier they used to deliver the goods but i was still a little disappointed.

Hello Jacqueline, you placed your order on February 11th and we shipped it out to you in Winnipeg on the 14th and it arrived on the 19th (3 business days). In regards to the damaged box if you referring to the shipping carton, we have no control over how Canada Post handles the packages once they are in their hands.

I very much appreciate how quickly my item arrived, but not impressed by the quality. I was unable to return the item as it was a gift, but the felt is coming off in the corner (bottom of the box). And the metal corners aren't tight together.
