It was easy and very simple. I had to measure my current medical bracelet to ensure the size was ok which it was and I liked the variety and options. I had to add extra lettering in the engraving section just to ensure I was within the range of minimum price range for free shipping and was not sure how I was going to be able to do that but was able to work it out. I recieved the product quickly and have been wearing it since. I love it and love the rose gold. Its very classic and feminine. The latch seems very secure and so far now dis colouration. I believe its real rose gold so thats good because i never take it off expect if in an MRI or for surgery. The medical symbol is also engraved this time where as the last I had which I bought years about 2010 from the Square One store, that one fell out so this one hopefully will suit my needs more. The lettering is really tiny but it is ledgeable which is important. Thank you Things Engraved, for making it so easy and simple and really convenient. Hopefully I can shop here online again soon and take advantage of my discount. Thank you again.

So happy with the product I have ordered online. Was little afraid about the engraving regarding location and look, but it is just perfect. My order arrived well packed and without damage.

It was the worst service ever received i had ordered 10 pens worth $350. With "TRUSU TAX CLUB" engraving but instead i received "TRUSO TAX CLUB" it was highly embarrassing to give that gift to our guest of honours. THIS was the FIRST AND LAST TIME I AM USING THIS SERVICE. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

The online purchase was simple and easy, however I sent an email with a question and concern about my order. I never received a response back.
The product was delivered to me quicky, however the engraving was extremely poor. It was not in a straight line and there were no spaces between the words. I was not able to reach anyone online with this concern as well and so I went in store and they tell me they will change it for me.

Product is good but the delivery to the US took 2 weeks, even though I paid for the expedited shipping.

If I could give less stars I would. I paid for what i thought was a full sized urn with engraving and it came with nothing on it and very small. Waste of money.

The process and the delivery service was grea. The engraving is also fine I am however disappointed in the diminutive size of the beer stein. For $50 I expected it to be standard dimensions. Photo to be attached.
