fast shipping but it would've been nice if the engraving team could've done some artistic adjustments to the draft we submitted online - like center the lettering more as the online tool could only do so much and I thought someone would oversee the overall look of the draft and make minor tweaks but it was just copy and paste. The clock was nice though.

Unfortunately, somehow the Christening album was forgotten to be engraved before shipment.
Luckily again, Rona, came to the rescue and made arrangements for me to have it done the next day at my closest location. I greatly appreciate all of Rona and the store location's work to make this happen so quickly.
This unplanned stop to the store location added some unnecessary stress to my already hectic schedule that day. Hence, why I urge this sort of mistake to be avoided for all future purchases by myself and other clients.
