The website was easy to navigate and easy to place the order. I ordered a bunch of glasses each one with a different name. The customization was somewhat limited but was easy to implement. Once the order was placed, an e-mail was sent to me showing me order. What the order summary showed was incorrect. The first four glasses had the same name!
I immediately contacted the ordering department / customer service. I indicated what the names should be and how they should look and if they could make the change on their end, without me need to redo the order. Customer service responded the next day indicating that they will be able to make the change on their end and the order remains as is.
When the glasses arrived, it is exactly how I wanted them.
Thank you for the changes.

I had purchased 2 of the White Elephant piggy Banks with the ball on the nose through the store in Brampton Ontario before it closed and they were a lot larger than the one that I received through the web page.
