I ordered something as a wedding gift for my friend and had it engraved. I had a coupon for 30% off for signing 7p for newsletters, but it wouldn't work at checkout. That was really disappointing, but aside from that my experience was good. I liked filling in what I wanted engraved online so I could see how it would look. It took about a week for it to get to me, but considering they had to engrave it and then ship it, it wasn't bad. The shipping was free too because I spent more than $75. Doing it online made it really easy and I would do it again if shipping were free on everything.

Received my order. Everything looks as ordered except that I though I had ordered an engraved plaque on one item on the online site. It did not arrive with engraving. Was disappointed but when I went back to check my order noted that in fact the engraving was not included in my order. Guess I missed checking a box somewhere.
