I ordered a picture frame online that was to be engraved for a wedding gift. It took over a week to arrive and it was not engraved at all! Am still waiting for the correct frame to arrive...no compensation was offered other than waiting for the product which may be too late as we will be leaving on our trip soon.

The item was smaller than expected and quality looks a bit cheap for the amount payed. Also each day the delivery date changed it made the wait longer. I will think twice before I purchase something here again, sadly not too many places engrave gifts.
