Very pleased with my recent purchase. Was pleasantly surprised by how fast it came in the mail (it came 2 days later) and was exactly what I wanted. Only suggestion would be to include the option of engraving in a darker colour, such as black, so it would be easier to see the engraving from afar. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and will be buying other merchandise from Things Engraved in the future.

I ordered something recently, two products from Things Engraved. The first was a bracelet, of which I had no problem with, it was perfect and smooth. The second was a necklace with words engraved in it, again no problem with the engraving or font or anything. The problem was with a mark on the necklace which was either made during the shipping or during the engraving process, I'm not entirely sure. It wasn't smooth and it took from the overall look. The necklace was supposed to be a gift, and it was quite expensive overall, and now I have a necklace that I cannot give to the recipient or use myself. Currently, I will talk to Things Engraved and get this sorted out. But for any future customers looking at this review, please please double-check products you've received and make sure that there aren't any marks.

My item arrived today. I had been expecting notification that it had shipped, but there was no notification. The delivery time was longer than initially indicated, which is not unexpected given the current conditions, but it would have been nice to have some idea as to when it shipped or when it should arrive. But it did arrive!

The only thing that bothered me is I got the same tag 2 years ago and was able to get more lettering on it by going into the shop. Buying my pet tag on-line I only had 9 letters per line, so I hope if he does get out whoever finds him knows 902 goes before the phone number. You should be able to put 10 spaces so you can fit the pets home phone number. Always happy with the results though.
