I purchased a clock for a wedding anniversary gift and had it shipped directly to them with free shipping. Order was received in less than 48 hours which was fantastic. I had a question prior to ordering and called customer service. They were excellent but couldn't give me an answer immediately. No problem as they called me within 15 minutes with the answer. The item was sent out promptly. Earlier then advised. It was a gift for someone and I have not seen if it was correct. I presume it was. The shipping was the problem. I sent a series of gifts from different stores and this one took over a month to get there. Because it was a surprise, I couldn't really do much.

It's a very lovely blanket. The quality is great! I do wish though that the online tools for thread colour and font size to be addressed. The font ended up much larger than I thought. I suggest adding the true blanket size when reviewing the design rather than just a corner to get a more accurate overall look..

The engraving options online are mixed up. When you enter the text online, it says “body of the lighter”; but when I received it, it was engraved on the top (the lid). Its not an issue but its not what I ordered. Please fix the HTML on the website. Thank you.
