I ordered an inscribed Zippo lighter as a gift; the website was easy to navigate and the inscription section is idiot proof! The lighter was delivered the day before estimated date given (I believe it was a 4 day wait- and I live in the country, so it's pretty impressive!) the inscription was flawless and the recipient was very impressed. I would use this site/service again without hesitation and have already recommended it to others.

Great product. I have purchased 3 monogramed throws for wedding gifts and one engraved jewellery box for a birthday gift. It ships extremely quickly. Customer service is excellent. They misspelled one of the names on the throw, I notified them and they had the corrected one shipped within 24 hrs. I would order more, but I can't get the order over $75 all the time for the free shipping and I don't want the shipping charges

sadly they mispelled the name of my friend and it was very sad because it's for a surprise. but then the customer service is fast to act on it and gave me 1 more and this time with the right spelling. We are humans and we make mistakes.. thank you for the great customer service
