Which makes it sound like they'll make everything look great. I had a "100TH" in my engraving and they didn't bother to super-script the "TH" which was disappointing. Would have been a nice touch.

The product was exactly as I had ordered. it was delivered quickly and with no issues. Two complaints...
1. The packaging used to ship ONE 2 inch x 3/4 inch plate, that weighed next to nothing was outrageous! No need for a huge box and packing materials when a small padded envelope (so there are no scratches) would have been enough. This is wasteful.
2. The shipping cost was 33% of the product cost (before tax) - again outrageous and I feel like I paid for all the extra packaging that was not required. I have paid less for an item to come from India that weighed more.

The ordering process is incredibly smooth, with updates on when items have shipped, expected delivery dates, etc. The necklace was not exactly as I had expected. The photos showed the engraving as silver and it arrived black. Truthfully, I probably wouldn't have ordered it if I had known it would be black writing, but the actual necklace is good quality.
