I got an image engraved and it turned out very nice. The only nitpick I have is that it said my order would take 15 days to process. I assumed it maybe takes some time for the engraving work to be done. That combined with shipping said the estimated delivery would be about 20 days so I chose the priority shipping option. The final product came to me in only 3 days! Not sure why there was such a huge difference between the estimated delivery and the actual one.

Hello Sheldon - Thanks for the 5-star review you've given us! The reason for the additional lead time on our photo engraving program is that sometimes people submit photos that are hard to work with (so a lot of back and forth communication is required). We also engrave ALL the photo engraving orders for all of our 98 stores across Canada so this can create a back-log of orders which is hard to anticipate. We prefer to deliver faster than people expect than the reverse. However, your feedback is well received and we will look into the exact lead-time we have built into this program currently to ensure it's fair. Thanks again for the notes and for shopping with us.

The baptism crosses are very cute. A perfect gift. However, the font preview is very deceiving. I ordered 2, each with a different font. The one turned out really well but the other one you could barley see the font at all. It was way to faint. I took it to the store to see if they could fix it in any way but was told there was nothing they could do. I was very disappointed.

Hello Terri. We weren’t aware that you were unhappy with one of the crosses until receiving this review as we hadn’t heard from you. The cross you dislike is likely the one you had engraved using the “Victoria” font because it is a single line font and so it is thinner than the Clarendon font which has multiple lines. I’m sorry to hear you weren’t happy with the font choice. If you feel the item was not properly engraved (apart from the font selection) please do email us photos to: customerservice@thingsengraved.ca so we can review. They gave me the wrong plush. I ordered the tiger but I got the leopard instead :( . But it's meant as a gift and it's too late to change it now. The script writing is not very clear, it's too small and letters looked squished together. Block lettering is much better.

I am very pleased with my purchases of 10 Christmas ornaments for my grandchildren. The special that was on was buy one and get a second half off. The package was delivered to my door in record time. I then took the ornaments to a Things Engraved store to have the names engraved on the ornaments. I wish all my purchases at other stores was this easy!

Unfortunately there was no preview of the embroidery to see one of the names would look completely squished. Also on ornament can barely see the year engraved. Disappointed in how they turned out.
