Everything was executed perfectly. The engraving was lovely, the shipment arrived in a timely fashion, slightly overpriced in my opinion but 8/10 would recommend.

I received the jewelry box I ordered and it was chipped from the bottom (corner). The inside of the box also had a misalignment in the threading. I was very disappointed as this was a customized gift and expected better quality after the additional charges I had to pay.

I purchased a water globe (Noah's Ark) with engraving on the plate. When I received globe, the engraving was very light and not visible. I dealt with customer service and my issue was dealt quickly and efficiently. I went to the closest location at the Promenade Mall and the plate was already prepared and ready to be placed on globe. I love the product and my issue was dealt in a very efficient manner. I appreciate the good service. Thank you.
