I ordered a Xmas tree decoration for a relative that had had a horrible year, after my brother had sent me two for myself. I am in the UK, but my brother currently resides in Canada so he accepted delivery to then forward onto me. I have yet to receive the decoration but the two he purchased for me were lovely and fantastic gifts which meant I wanted to order one as a special gift. Would definitely order again if my brother moves back to Canada (he comes back to the UK in December) or if items are able to be posted to the UK

Hello Richard - Thank you for the feedback. You only purchased two $1.97 key chains with no personalization so I can see why our shipping standards would be frustrating for you. Most times people are having more expensive gifts engraved so we want to ensure they get signed for so they don't go "missing." We will take your feedback, about adding more shipping options for small orders, into consideration. Thanks again.

These stockings turned out beautiful. Good quality and great price at buy one get one 50% off. I deducted 1 star because our daughters name wasn’t embroidered perfectly centred. It’s still quite good, probably wouldn’t bother the average person, it’s just not centre enough to satisfy my OCD. Regardless they are beautiful stockings!
