I was satisfied with the service. The package arrived at around the time that I was told. The only thing that I did not understand was that I also wanted to order a Christmas stocking with embroidery but it was out of stock online. When I went to the store, there were quite a few there. Why weren’t we able to but it at the store & get it embroidered? I ended up buying ones that I didn’t really like.

Hello Louise. Embroidery is done at our head office for online orders AND store orders. Depending on the timing when you were in-store it's possible the cut-off date had passed for in-store embroidery orders. Thank you for your feedback and for choosing Things Engraved.
