I ordered 2 items. A necklace for my mother in law and a dog tag for my dog. The engraving is extremely shallow and is hardly noticable in both pieces and the dog tag broke already!

The items were received timely. Would prefer that signature was not required since one the item is engraved it's of little value to anyone else.. Although the shipping box secured my items for shipping, the gift box the frame came in was falling apart.

I’m extremely disappointed with the product that I received. The engraving is so faint that it can hardly be read. This was a gift for a very important 90th birthday that will only occur once in a lifetime, and this gift is far below an acceptable standard. I find it hard to believe your craftsmen would allow this to be delivered. The only reasonable response to this would be delivering a properly engraved product, though I doubt this will happen in time for my Dad’s birthday. I will definitely not recommend your company unless this is rectified.

Bruce, judging by your photo this meets our standard of engraving on a product that is as shiny and reflective as the mug you purchased. It is certainly engraved quite deeply into the metal as shown in the right hand side of the photo.
