Ordered 7 water bottles for my groomsmen and they were great but each one had the same name engraved on all 7 of they bottles. I contacted then and they were able to send 6 more with the corrected names fairly quickly. Just in time for the wedding.

We had the order delivered to us. When we opened the picture frame there was a big chip in it. We had planned to give the frame that next day, so there was no time to have it redone. Overall a huge disappointment. The cost was way too high for a damaged picture frame.

Hi, I bought a wooden wedding card box and when received it was nothing like it’s picture. It has an extreme worn weathered look. I contacted customer service and they were excellent!! She did indicate the box is to have a slight weathered look to it, but no where in the description did it mention that. They immediately redid the box and mailed out another one, and I received extremely quickly. The second box was great and I am very happy with it!
Therefore a four star rating due to that issue.
I did also purchase an engraved glass which was just like the picture and description. Very happy with that!

Easy website and ordering process. Quick delivery as well and I live in Nunavut! Pen & Pencil sets were nice only disappointment was the case for the sets was cardboard so even with the engraved plaque on them they are cheap looking.

We would not knowingly send damaged items but sometimes these glass apples do get damaged in transit. The crazy glue should hold it as they are display pieces. Everything came quickly, but one item was heavily scratched, but since it was not engraved I was able to return it easily. The engraved necklace was a little scratched due to its design of two metal pieces that rub against each other, but not that big of a deal. Overall I was happy.

i ordered on line - gift for my grandson graduating from university - with an engraved message - wooden memory box. The engraving was barely visible in the wood. I went to Things Engraved in Coquitlam Center and the girls there were most helpful - arranged for a plate (black with silver) to cover the existing lettering . It was so much better!! My grandson loves it! Angelique (manager) was most gracious and pleasant . I am very happy to recommend this store .

I would select zero start if I could. Not only my order was cancel but I was also jugde by your company based on my lifestyle choice. This was very important for me and my GF and unfortunately your company judgmental policies and services totally disappointed me.
I will never order from you again and tell all friends about how I was poorly treated. Although I was refunded without an issue so at least this wasn't a problem.
