The online order was ugly. Just all the text in one block despite the website stating that you'd make it look pretty.
When I took it to a local store I was told the item could NOT be redone, but they could add color or flourish to the item to make the lettering stand out. We came up with a plan to put a filigree at the top, the quote in quotation marks (no quotation marks previously) and a filigree at the bottom.
When I arrived to pick it up, it was obvious the item had been redone (now spacing between the lines of text, date moved down further to allow for some filigree) but all the design I had requested was wrong. The colors were not in the right place, no quotation marks around the quote and added filigree I didn't ask for surrounding the person's name.
I had no time to have it redone again because of the event we were presenting it at. I am extremely disappointed and I am not sure I would ever order again.

For a highly customized order we always recommend going into a store to place an order for specific lay-outs etc. We added an advanced personalizer to our website in the last couple of days which should help people create custom designs on many gifts going forward. It was very easy to place the order, however one of the pieces I ordered had an engraving mistake on it. I was surprised it was mailed out this way. I was pleased that the piece was replaced right away and I received it within days. Thank you Caroline. Our 12.5oz Vina Diamond tall wine glass is a nice size glass. Engraving size on the glass will be determined by the amount of characters along with the font chosen. You had chosen our Shelley A font so any drop letters will decrease the size of the engraving. We hope that your gift recipients enjoy drinking from their new glasses.
