I was extremely disappointed with one of the items I had bought, your site did not indicate the size of the item which I thought was odd to begin with, then when I received it I believed it Would have been bigger than a finger nail it was way smaller then I wanted and kinda ruined the special thought behind it

Great experience - I would definitely take advantage of this again. The interactive site - enabled me to try various fonts in the engraving I wanted - i got a great visual on my 'quotes'. Easy payment and helpful service staff as i forgot an item in my order but called and it was handled immediately. On Time Shipping as well. A happy customer !

My only disappointment was that online the delivery date reflected was not the date after I made the purchase. It was one day later than was reported, it made a difference because there was a family gathering that I wanted to present the gifts at but could not because of the one day off. Thanks for your response, I should have included dates, when I was placing the order online, the delivery date indicated was June 15th. You are correct, after placing the order, it changed to one day later and it was delivered on the 18th.

Canada Post tracking shows that it was delivered on that exact date so according to our records it looks like this last minute order worked out just fine and was not one day late. Item was okay. I feel that the centering of the letters should have been better on one of the cufflinks as the other cufflinks looked good. Delivery was poor. I would not have ordered it if the items would not be delivered by the time stated. That is not the shipper as the delivery service is dedicated by the company such as Things engraved.

ordered something for a specific date and it came 2 days later then originally specified. Almost ruined a retirement gift. luckily the date they said it would arrive it came two days earlier but was still two days later then promised. ,
UPDATE- when you order online, it does not clearly state that there are a few days processing delays. I ordered on June 8th and expected delivery on June 13( expedited shipping) did not find this out until my receipt was emailed to me. The item did not ship till June 12-13, with an expected delivery date of the 19th, needed item for a party on June 15. Luckily it arrived a bit earlier then the 19th.

Tamara, according to your receipt the estimated delivery date was June 19th and the Canada Post tracking shows that it was delivered on June 15th - 2 days before it was due. I'm glad the plate arrived in time for Randy's retirement party.

Hello Ikra, I believe you have mixed our company up with another company that you have placed an order with. We have no record of you calling or sending an e-mail for an address change. You placed your order with us on June 4th and it was signed by you on June 8th.
