I ordered 2 scotch glasses and they came very quickly! They turned out great with the engraving however the one was chipped. I emailed customer service about the chip and after sending in a picture the issue was promptly resolved and the new glass was sent right away. It also was very quick to get delivered. I was very pleased with how quickly and professionally the issue was solved.

Thank you Alisha for the feedback. We are not able to switch out the music for the water globes as this is how they are offered from our supplier. We also are not able to engrave in colour, so the engraving will be the same metal of the plate. We hope your gift recipient loves their personalized water globe.
