The items were shipped fairly quickly, however even though the correct address was on the package the delievery person left them at the wrong address. However, the items I purchased are wonderful and just as I expected! If not for the problem with the delivery I would give 5 stars.

The website was easy to use, the product was as expected and arrived in good time once the order was placed. Unfortunately the engraving was incorrect. However, I reported this and within a couple of days a resolution was made to send me out a replacement product. I have not received the replacement yet but anticipate the changes to have been made to my satisfaction and really appreciate the timely resolution.
