The engraving is too light. you can't see that it is personalized at all really unless you hold it up close to your face. Engraving should be deeper and/or a thicker tool used so you can actually notice the engraving - after all, that is the whole point, isn't it!! Easy to order online, great customer service response when I had a question after placing my order, and very fast delivery.

The size of engraving on one of the photo frames is too small, very hard to see. It was a gift that I am not happy to give due to the size of the engraving.
Another gift I bought was a trinket box but there were no dimensions on the website. It appeared a good size but when I received it was too small and the hinge is loose.

I’m really disappointed with the product I received. I paid a lot of money for this flask, and, as such, expected it to be locally made. It came in a tacky, dirty box with “Made in China” stickers on the bottom. Huge mark up, obviously. The engraving is very light, more like an etching than an engraving. This is a Christmas gift that I was really excited about and now I don’t even want to give it to the person. If it leaks because it’s poorly made that will be the final straw…
