When I originally placed my order the promo code I was given didn’t work, then the second code also didn’t work, finally, the third one worked. When I got my order the engraved plate was glued on crooked. I emailed and while they did get back to me right away they said they would send take so I could fix it myself. Definitely won’t be ordering anything through their site again.

I ordered 2 items for my husband for Christmas. Shipping was very quick. However, only one of my items arrived as I ordered it. The cuff links look very nice. The money clip was supposed to have SH engraved on it. The engraving is almost unreadable, the metal piece looks like it came off the front where its supposed to be and was stuck on the backside. I am very disappointed with this. I will be very unlikely to order anything online from Things Engraved again.

Not impressed. Both swig glasses were engraved poorly. Took them in to the store and they were helpful but the whole point was to avoid the mall. Don’t send them out when you can clearly see the engraving didn’t work well. Squiggly likes and can barely see it.

I paid for gift wrapping and nothing was wrapped. There’s $10 down the drain. This was also a Christmas gift that I sent directly to my relatives and it was very embarrassing that when they opened it, there was the gifts unwrapped. Why isn’t there a “this is a gift” option during shipping, would have been better if they were wrapped in gift wrap like I PAID for.
