Product was exactly what I expected. The only problem I had was with the shipping. When the delivery person knocked on my door I didn't have a chance to open my door before they were gone. I was unhappy that they just left my purchase on the floor outside my door. I live in an apartment building and anyone could have walked by and snatched it. If the person who delivered it waited a few more seconds I could've answered the door.

While I love my ornament and Christmas stocking, I found the price rather steep for personalizations in addition to the price already being paid for the item itself. It also took a long time for my order to arrive and did not leave by the date written on my order.
