We were really delighted with your excellent, helpful service. We used them to send news of a special announcement and our family members were excited and delighted to receive them. The service was impeccable, unfortunately, due to the postal service in the country that the message was going to, the item never arrived. So disappointed about that as it was a 50th wedding anniversary and it would have been perfect for the couple. On a good note, after I had contacted Royal Mail and taken their advice, I contacted The Telegram Office and let them know what the situation was and I was refunded straight away.
