Excellent service - it was a very special day for my daughter, I wanted to tell her how proud I was of her in a different way, found The Telegram Office and the perfect way to do this. Very poor, I would not use you you again.
The telegram should have been printed on better quality, thicker paper and sent in a stiffened cardboard envelope. The telegram and envelope arrived folded and crumpled.
Additionally, there was a spelling error typo in the addressee details and envelope which confirmed poor attention to detail.
