Rob Thomas was my broker; it was my first mortgage application and he provided a thoroughly professional service throughout - my case was quite a difficult one due do my employment setup but Rob was undeterred and very helpful in laying out exactly what was necessary, as well as being very responsive.
My only only constructive comment would be that everything was done via phone/e-mail, which is fine but the service could perhaps use some modernisation (i.e. a portal to keep track of documents necessary).
Got a good deal & would recommend the service to first timers like myself.
