After a year and a half of struggling with paying for an extension and extensive renovations on my property, Rob has found me a mortgage deal that encompasses the building cost into a remortgage on my property. My budget went over the initial estimate and I found myself using credit cards and a loan to finish the work. I called several mortgage lenders direct and everyone said the same that I could not get what I was looking for. A friend of the family put me in touch with Rob Thomas and from the moment I spoke to him I could tell he was very experienced and understanding regards to my situation.
