The run was great but the facilities at the village were limited and given the weather before the race started the amount of shelter provided needs to be improved. We also travelled to the race and came early cognisant of the road closures but they were closed before 8am which made getting to the car park a real chore. I think a little more thought is required or have designated carparks race users can get to. It was a great morning and we really enjoyed it

Enjoyed the race - even some of the hills, found the section out towards Stoke Canon a bit demoralising though! Good support and well organised. Loved the medal. This was my must do race as someone who grew up in Exeter, only my second HM - glad it wasn't my first though as quite tough.

I enjoyed the event very much,the organisation for runners was excellent. My only problem was a premature closure of the Crediton road, some 20 minutes early. All the relevant information stated that the road closed at 8.30 am. We just made it to the start,and were not able to take our correct time position. Not happy!

I absolutely loved every minute of the race. Really well organised with plenty of refreshment stops. Really pleased spectators were handing out sweets!! The route was a lot nicer then I had expected with entry of countryside scenery.... looking forward to taking part next year already!!
