I love the product and the service, but the website needs improvement. The fragrance you select comes in a high quality glass decant bottle. The sprayers on the bottle are quite good. Each decant was sealed in a tiny ziplock bag and packaged in their own gift boxes (with protective padding). The shipping was great and surprisingly quick (as we are in the midst of COVID-19). I have made two separate purchases and I have been satisfied with both. All of the fragrances I have received are legitimate. The website is quite slow and glitchy at times. Your cart will sometimes disappear but is generally fixed by reloading the page. When on the "Cart Page", the value of the items in your cart will sometimes decouple from the quick-look cart display at the top-right of the page. This can also be fixed by reloading the page. The most detracting part of the website experience is that you have to add an item to your cart to learn the price. Finally, the rewards points don't correctly apply to your purchase; $1 of rewards will be applied as $0.01.

One of the decant bottles I purchased “Creed Green Irish Tweed” is leaking when I got it and the sprayer quality was bad (it can just spray very minimum juices unlike others).

Appreciate the attention to detail and packaging so I was happy with that. Not sure how I feel about the 1 mL size with the little amount it has but we shall see. I would def love to see my order getting to me in a week vs almost 2 weeks but with what’s going on in the world with covid19 I appreciate getting it at all. Def using again very soon.

Everything showed up as described. The bottles were sufficiently packaged so to prevent damage during shipping. There wasn't any spillage or leakage on the bottles or in the packaging. As far as I can tell the fragrances are authentic. I've never ordered from any other decant sites but given my experiences thus far, there's no need to.
