7 Business days after the purchase and the items haven't left their facility. Now I don't know if I will ever get the items or I will have to open a claim with the bank. How can I recommend a store like this? Would give 0 stars if I could. Stay away and don't trust what they say about this company on the internet, it's just false advertisement.

Samples shipped in a timely fashion (within the window they give in their FAQ) and arrived safe and secure. The presentation is quite good for decants, as each decant is labeled and comes in a jewelry box. The premium decants come taped for long term storage, so I have high confidence the juice won't evaporate over the course of a few months. All in all, a positive experience and I'll be buying from the Decant Boutique again in the future.

Not only that, but your customer service team is good. Queries are answered to the best and in a timely manner and as a person in customer care in a different territory, I appreciate the service.
