Received my order, decants were leaking all over the packaging. Tape was covering one which was clearly damaged. Decants were low on fragrance due to leaking. Reached out though email to try to rectify the issue and I one bothered to respond. Not every happy with my experience

Excellent delivery and what you buy is what you get. Only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because some of the liquid had been sprayed on the bottle and the smell was extremely strong and messed a bit with the others. Other than that excellent!

Absolute perfection product,packaging, attention to detail,order accuracy and customer service all perfect 10s across the board ,but I have to tell the packaging is what was most impressive to me each decant carefully assembled with quality atomizer ,glass vials perfect labeling,capped,sealed in a small ziplock,packed in cotton with another layer of protective packaging material acting as a buffer between the lid and decant,even a small strip of tape wrapped around the seams where the atomizer and vial come together to prevent fragrence loss due to evaporation not to seal it mind you but as a secondary measure just to add another seal! I purchased 2-5ml decants and 1-10ml decant and opted for the premium option and I was not disappointed. So happy I found this boutique placing another order right after this!

I haven’t received my order yet. The delivery date changed on me twice with no warning. Both times I go out to the mailbox nothing! Says it’s supposed to be here yesterday, go check the box and nothing! Now I get a notice saying it’s on its way to a a facility whatever that means, and doesn’t say where! At this point I’m just gonna go buy the regular size bottles!
