The experience navigating the website was pleasant, however, I did not appreciate that when selecting a sample size, you’re not aware of the price until you go to your cart. Another peeve, is not knowing the difference between the ‘premium’ and ‘regular’. The purchase process has already been completed and I still do not know the difference although the price reflects the same
