would recommend to everyone I had my account back in less than 2 weeks and the process is easy just follow the Amazon appeal instructions and you'll be good

They were quick to respond to every email prior to getting our order. However, once payment had been made, responses took much longer. The initial appeal was just a generic template. Although generic, it does gather the attention of Amazon.

Amazon asked for me to create an amended appeal. When I asked for this, I was told i'd get it the next day, but I didn't get it until 5 days after(which was too late as Amazon was going to close my case). I had to submit my own amended appeal and succeeded without using theirs.

Overall, it worked for me, but they need better customer support once the order is placed. Amazon suspensions are urgent for us and they need to help us with that anxiety, rather than have us wait 24 hours or longer for a response to our questions(after they have taken our money).

Initial consultation - was told I have 95% chance if reinstatement, only not 100% due to how many times I appealed myself.

The irony in that statement!

They provided a generic templates response with no personalisation to all negative feedbacks and issues on MY account. REJECTED, not once, not twice 3 times after being told keep resending the EXACT SAME response.

BLOCK - we will no longer look at this. amazon

I contacted them daily to get a response, nothing!

I finally lost patience, having lost thousands in revenue, told them not to bother responding (not that they were) not even a comment to say we are working on a response and totally ignoring phone call requests.

They have a sister company - watch out for them too with the same reviews being taken on to their site.

Stay away, they won’t be able to help.

Contact amazon seller support instead, understand why you were sudpended and do it yourself, after all who knows your business better than you! That’s what I ended up doing!

They didn’t even process my refund, currently disputing via PayPal now... they don’t provide the service then retain your money! All about the money! No customer support!

Worked with Ethan through the process. I tried another company called Amazon appeal they were absolutely worthless. Contacted Ethan with THE AMAZON APPEAL. He wrote multiple letters for the appeal. It was a long process. Had some trouble with the appeal. However, they did not give up. They always got back with me and finally got me re-instated. Thanks again. I'm very happy with the service.

After our company responses failed, The Amazon Appeal worked!

After 2 appeal letters, one with an entire procedure manual attached that our company team worked to create for over a week, we were told Amazon had decided that we could no longer sell on Amazon and to not contact them with further inquires - a most frustrating decision based on all we had done to prove our company. In a last ditch effort, I hired The Amazon Appeal. They worked with me, looked through our performance metrics, created a letter of appeal, and walked me through sending it. And we waited. 2 weeks - no reply. This is typical for Amazon. I reached out to The Amazon Appeal again - they walked me through sending the appeal again, through a different method. Within 30 minutes Amazon replied - we were reinstated! Great Company - trust these guys - they know what they're doing!
