Ray Jordon not only fixed my password problem but also was able to clean up other issues to tune-up and install a new program.

It was painfully easier then I thought. Instructions were simple and easy to follow. thank you again.

I am very happy with my experience by having Ray Jordan fix my computer. He told me everything he was doing and waited for me to check it out after he finished. I will definitely call him again if I have more problems with computers. He was pleasant to talk to and really cared about getting the thing working.

I AM RAYMOND WERTS OF GREENVILLE SC. A COMPANY PEETENDING TO BE NORTON SECURITY HACKED MY COMPUTER SAYING THEY WERE TRYING TO CORRECT A SECURITY BREACH. THEY GOT INTO MY COMPUTER. I WAS AFRAID OF WHAT THEY MIGHT BE ABLE TO DO.I AM ON DISABILITY AND CANNOT WALK OR STAND UP.I CALLED OUR LOCAL COMPUTER DIRECT SHOP AND THEY CLOSED DUE TO COVID. I WENT TO THE COMPUTER AND FOUND YOUR COMPANY. I DIDNOT EVEN GET THE ANGEL WHO ASSISTED ME. HE TIED INTO MY COMPUTER AND WHIZZED THROUGH IT WITHLIGHTNING SPEED. HE FOUND LOTS OF VIRUSES AND JUNK AND HE SAID HE COULD CLEAR IT ALL UP FOR $$$ I TOLD HIM THANKS SO MUCH FOR ALL THE TIME HE HAD ALREADY SPENT ONMY COMPUTER, BUT I GET A DISABILITY CHECK EACH MONTH AND I AM WAITING ON THE FIRST FOR MY CHECK AS I HAVE MEDICAL AND PRESCRIPTIONS TO GET AND I ONLY HAD $3.49 CENTS IN BANK FROM LAST MONTHS CHECK. ITHANKED HIM FOR ALL TIME SPENT AND ADVISEDHIM I WOULD JUST NOT USE COMPUTER TIL I WA ABLE TO GET IT CLEANEDUP. HE SAID WAIT = HE WOULD GO THROUGH ITAND CLEAN IT UP FOR FREE. I WAS AMAZED AND SHOCKED. IT WAS A MIRACLE AS I CANNOT GET OUT OF MY TRAILER SO ALL I GET TO SEE OF THE OUTSIDE IS ON MY COMPUTER UNLESS TRANSPORTATION TAKES ME TO DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS.SO PLEASE LET THIS GENTLEMAN KNOW JUST HOW MUCH HEHAS HELPED ME ANDI PRAY FOR GOODFUTURE FOR HIM SAFE ANDCAREFUL.NOT MANY LIKE HIM. i HAVE RECENTLY had computer service from Techie Onsite. My ccmputer was hacked closed down so I could not access it. I had talked other so called computer Companys who were scammers and wanted almost thousand dollars repair. Ray, at Techie Onsite fixed my computer and installed security protection for less than 1/3 of cost of others. His knowledge of computers was remarkable and his solution was honest and effective. I would recommend Techie onsite to all.

I bought a new laptop computer from Best Buys [Geek Squad] and found that the Big Stores only care about what's best for them [$$$$] Techie cares about what's best for the customer.
I know if I would have small issues from time to time all I have to do is call, use their Remote Services for help.
They are more than willing to go out of their way to help anytime you need help.
