First of all, mister Roldan answers our questions fastly and provides good customer service. The quality of the doll I bought exceeds my expectations; the skin feels great and the look is truly amazing.

Here's what I can report so far. The process of ordering, shipping and delivery went flawlessly and as described by the company. I was slightly surprised by the skin tone of the doll which did not match the marketing photo. It was much darker than expected but is still a pleasant tone. The cleansing cream did not accompany the order as described but an email to customer service, which has so far proven very responsive, remedied the error.

Speaking of cleansing cream...take careful note of the care instructions pertaining to the use of dark colored garments. They will stain the skin, I am hoping that the cleansing cream will do what it is supposed to do and that laundering the garments will prevents any further staining.

The only other comment is that the doll comes with a rather heavy plastic-y odor that I am hoping will dissipate with time.

The doll is life-like, with some pleasantly exaggerated features and the genitals are mostly anatomically correct externally, nice tits and erect nipples that are suckle-worthy. BTW... although the accompanying wig is OK, the price of good wig is worth it .I appreciate the company's honesty about that.
