I love swing design I order most of my machines need from here and they have great prices and awesome delivery times. My cameo came in less then a week. It was packaged very nicely and I got so many extras that I was so happy to get. Btw my cameo 4 is amazing I do wish they hadn't been out of stock

This machine has been a nightmare. It hasn’t worked right from the beginning and I’ve been on the phone with several people and even had it serviced. It still doesn’t work right. Swing told me this is a warranty issue. I bought a new machine and it doesn’t work right. I wish they would make this right and replace or refund it.

The machine. is great and most of the items that comes with this package. But, the Fontsy cards that are included are just a rip off. I tried to redeem them but its only on a link they was given with limited art that I don't need. The art are not bundles either. Totally disappointed. Ended trashing the cards. What turn out to seem a good deal turn sour quickly. They just should remove them form the packages fi they are offer junk.

Delivery was quick. Packaged very well. Printer is good, (I think). I don't recommend buying the Sawgrass printer package with the Sisor Easysubli ink. 2 of the ink cartridges were empty and I couldn't even use the printer I was so happy to receive. a full week later and I still haven't printed anything.

I Bought the silhouette studio software upgrade from basic to business version. I received the digital code really fast via email. Everything was okay, I can recommend this company. The price was the lowest I could find.
