I received the items as described, a used Silhouette Portrait 3. The shipping was okay, UPS let the item sit in town for three days for some reason. The Portrait came in the original box with the usb and power cords. Also in the box were some freebies thrown in, which were very nice.

You got a 4 because I called you and put myself on your list so I would get a notification when your 8 in one press came in. I even called and the lady assured me if I had been online and selected the notification that I would receive an email when they came in. No email ever came I just happened to get lucky and check your website to find you had them available.
