Purchase was quick and easy however I was unable to get the app to recognize my phone number for updates, offers and emails. Don’t know why but removed my number and was able to process the purchase.

The So Fontsy card for 100.00 that was part of the bundle was very very misleading. I followed their directions and even got help from Swing Design customer service to see why the code didn’t work. I ended up paying 94.65 for items included on the redemption site and So Fontsy will not make it right.
I’m thrilled with the remainder of my Swing Design order and your customer service was SO helpful but I will NEVER purchase from So Fontsy in the future
