My SH500 came with no power cord or ink so I emailed the and the sent out immediately. Then a week later a second printer showed up on my step from them. Call them up and the sent return shipping label and apologize for the mess up.

Items were packed very well. I only had 1 issue that may have been caused by shipping as the item had visible damage to box being dropped. This caused the roller switch that controls the count down timer to think the press was closed starting the timing circuitry. After taken it apart I was able to reposition the switch on the heat press and un-stick the switch as it was stuck inside the switch. it is working great since the repair. Also was nice getting a live person when I contacted tech support! Thank you.
