Product is great, no problems there. Only issue I had is the way the mail carrier treated the box that my mugs came in. No issues with Swing Design by any means and I will use them again in the future

Two packs of laminate sheets were folding back at one corner. Appears to have occurred when putting product inside shipping envelope. No damage outside.

Great customer service
My SH500 came with no power cord or ink so I emailed the and the sent out immediately. Then a week later a second printer showed up on my step from them. Call them up and the sent return shipping label and apologize for the mess up.

I sent you an email about my switch being broke, with attached picture on it. It’s not safe to use. Hope to hear from you guys soon and possibly get a replacement. Thank you!

Update: I did send email to the support team with the screenshot of my order/order # and a picture of the defect. I appreciate the owner’s quick response, now i am just waiting an update from the support team.
