These are helpful for me while I'm trying to stop drinking soda/drink more water. In my experience, they eliminate sweet flavors without making everything taste bad. When taken before a Mountain Dew, the Mountain Dew just ends up tasting like plain carbonated water - which I don't like. It's just the little boost I need to maintain my willpower when I'm craving a soda.

I have struggled with my weight for a long time. I was able to lose 80 pounds The old fashioned way, but I've gained back 20 pounds over 3 years. The hardest part for me has always been nutrition, I know what to do in the gym, and I love it, but if there are snacks around I do not havee the willpower to say no. They came very quickly. Only took about 2-3 days to get my orders. I am excited to see how it helps me. I was nervious that they would taste bad and make it dificult to use but they taste pleasant. Already they have helped me with my popcorn adiction. Not that it made popcorn taste gross . It just was less yummy. I left 1/2 the bowl and I would often eat two bowls before. I think this is what I have been waiting for all my life. I have 100lbs to lose again. I have tried everything. I can loose, I just don’t keep it off. I now have new hope. Thank you.
