Transacting with Sustainable was great, super service and would use the service again ... as long as I was not in a rush. Despite paying courier costs, the item and the subsequent replacement lid each took about a week to be delivered. We regularly use courier service and it takes 24 max 48 hours between major centres.

The website and shopping experience was great, but I was a bit disappointed in the packaging when it was delivered. I ordered a small solar panel and solar controller, which came cellotaped together with a thin piece of cardboard on the solar panel. I expected it to come in a small box with protective packing material - I realise we must be eco-friendly with this sort of thing, but I feel the goos should have been protected a little more, whilst still using biodegradable packaging material.

Delivery of the package was a real disaster in terms of services available. I would suggest a wider selection of more established courier services including Post Office delivery. Not everyone can sit around at home waiting for a parcel to pitch. In my experience, the most convenient way to get my packages is at the Post Office via Speed Services. Then the collection time of the package depends on me and not a driver pitching whatever date on whatever time. I also don't feel safe getting packages at home being woman alone, think about it. Get your delivery service professional and your brand will go professional. For example Loot, check out their site for ideas to get streamlined in a competitive industry. There is nothing easier than spending money on Loot, it literally takes a couple of clicks and you've got your package in your lap.....easy, smooth, unambiguous, uncluttered, functional. Getting enough efficiently trained personnel to man your business, phones, emails and site will also cut down on consumer waiting time and frustration. Your company does not need to be big to be highly productive and effective, a couple of small changes will make your business boom and be noticed in bigger ponds, if that's where you're heading. Other than the delivery fiasko, I was satisfied with the product. I am looking forward to see Sustainable flourish and grow as I believe in your vision and your purpose. Thank you.

Poor customer service and communication, the item I ordered took six weeks and not the specified four. Had I not phoned, I would not have received any shipping or courier info either. The courier company's Web interface also didn't work so it was an absolute guessing game as to when the product was going to arrive. I also requested an invoice to be amended retroactively and had to email numerous times and phoned four times in order for any follow up. I still haven't received my amended invoice and phoned again this morning.

Not really the best quality. The lid, something is loose inside, looks like a nut. The stand is not a sturdy as the previous one with the aluminum frame. I did log tobrestutn at the time however received no response.
