Just three things surprise me more than disappoint. 1) the bank account is not in the name the invoice described 2) there is a penalty to deposit money directly into the bank account 3) the delivery company has problems to deliver the product at my doorstep (as advertised). Seems that even if they a GPS not one of them have working units. Very disappointing

We are currently changing the name to the trading name.All banks charge exorbitant fees for the handling of cash so we therefore encourage customers to use more efficient means such as credit card or electronic transfer. I really didn't think the lights would work ... let alone so well !!!! Our fluorescent lights in the kitchen started spluttering and making a noise, my husband read about your LED tubes and ordered them.
Delivery was fantastic and the light I now have in the kitchen is so good I can't believe it .... best is the saving in electricity. We will be your customers forever.

My PV panels arrived intact on my doorstep
Since I have not had much online ordering experience, it was a bit unnerving to wait the few days during road transport of two large PV panels from Cape Town to Pretoria, but packaging was so effective that they arrived in perfect order. They are already powering all my house lights as well as the swimming pool!
