Jacob you haven't even given us a chance to solve the problem!! We will never leave a customer with no product and out of pocket, that is ridiculous. If a parcel goes missing in transit, we resend it. If a parcel says it was delivered and the customer says it wasn't, we will resend it! All you have to do is speak to us! No one has said it has been too many days, it's only been 2 weeks! If you would like help resolving this issue please reply to my email.
