It is too early to comment on the effectiveness of the product Garcinia Cambogia but so far no side effects. I find the capsules rather too big to swallow but taking the powder on its own seems ok it has no strong taste. I was however a bit astonished about the strong casing no doubt it eventually dissolves in the stomach.

I have been using Super Antioxidant Complex with my daughter for about two years. My daughter took them because she suffered with very severe period pains that caused her to be in bed for a couple of days each month.
