More than good enough to sustain several hours of solid fun. I took two the second time with no food prior to taking them and sadly we were up all night. Im 59 yrs old but acted like an eighteen year old again. No use whatsoever for keeping my diy bookshelf up so may ask for a refund lol. Quick delivery too. Thanks 10 out of 10.

I was sceptical when I ordered these supplements however I found they suppressed my appetite when taken as advised and I have lost 6lbs so far.
