I ordered some insoles which arrived very quickly and which were appropriately packed. Unfortunately the soles didn't suit me so I phoned Supplement Place who were generous enough to offer a refund even though the outer bag had been disposed of. Now that the soles have been posted back I look forward to hearing from them; if the refund is prompt I won't hesitate to use then again.

I ordered on a Monday and paid for next day delivery. Waited all day Tuesday but it did not arrive. Just as I was about to depart Wednesday morn for a short holiday the package arrived. I was not impressed but at least order arrived before I departed. Good quality products however.

My apologies Nancy but there was a notice on the front page of our site stating "We will be closed on Dec 24 25 & 31 and Jan 1. Orders may be placed during the holidays but they will not be dispatched until Jan 4 2016."
