This is a simple part: Nothing can go wrong with it except wearing out. My interaction with the vendor was at least A+. But...

The instructions for how to replace were not quite up to snuff: The text was adequate, but the pictures were not helpful. Diagrams would be better than photos here (black plastic doesn't make for good photos). Despite that, I had no real trouble getting things apart and back together, but I did it mainly by personal examination, not by following instructions.

We've had them for a few months and they're good products but if you want to be accurate in dispensing food, you'll need to hack it with a scale.

The digital timer allows us to have the cats eat when we eat. They have learned quite quickly that feeding time is when the kibbles hit the dish and no other. In fact, they will sit in front of the feeders and wait. They become rather good at telling time.

This is the second SuperFeeder I have purchased. The first one is about 3 years old and works great. I purchase the second so the cats each have their own. The feeder is well built, but our monsters still require their feeders to be armored (we built a feeder stand and protective shielding). Still, we can trust these feeders to make sure the cats are fed, even when we're not home.

Fantastic technical help both from the videos and more importantly the one to one conversation on the phone. Couldn't ask for a better or more versatile feeder and its great to replace parts rather than buy a complete unit. Shipping was extreemly fast, one shipment arrived the next day. All other feeders are inconsistent and fussy in comparison. This feeder takes a little time to understand, especially if you don't have an engineering brain, but once you get it, it doesn't fail very often. Sometimes you need to check the amount it dispenses as it can change slightly over time. And I had to get a new floor with new electronics, but only after years of daily use, and I only had to buy the part instead of a new feeder. Thanks Super Feeder!

I tried different models of food dispensers and they don'T last or don't work as advertised.... till now! Superfeeder is very good. I installed my 2 machines (have 2 cats and they don't share!) in minutes. Works great as advertised. Very compact units and seem very robust and durable. Only downside is the adjustments. The time knob would be nice if it had a more precise mesure than turning half turn each time!
Also a graduated width adjustment for the pellets. Since I have 2 machines would have been easier to configure the same!
I recommend this product to every pet ownwers.

We have two Standard Poodles and one has Addisons Disease so it is important to keep his weight under control and the best way to do that is with automatic pet feeders. Unfortunately, and until I discovered the Super Feeders, we have gone through approximately ten (10) Aspenpet "lebistro" pet feeders. Initially they seem to work fine but they don't hold up well and the plastic "fingers" start breaking off. The Super Feeders are truly GREAT!!!! I highly recommend Super Feeders and I only wish I would have gone to them along time ago.

Hopper is easy to fill with lid that screws on tight. impenetrable to that pesky Cat attack. Kibble flows free without locking up. The volume allows the feeder to go for weeks before needing refill for Two cats.

I have a cat that requires multiple small feedings during the day. The Super-Feeder with the analog timer was the only feeder that did the full job. My only problem was determining which tool was to be used for the fine increment adjustment of the amount of food to be dispensed. The little adjustment tool for the food dispensing amount should be labeled in such a way that it is not used where the Phillips head screw driver should be use. Fortunately, I didn't break the delicate little thing. So far I have not had to adjust the amount of food again. I am not sure that the little delicate tool would make it through another adjustment session.

It arrived on time, assembled as described. The fish love it! I like the simplicity and the fact that it doesn't use batteries. It's connected to an inexpensive outdoor analog timer, which is the same type that controls my pond pump. My fish get fed twice per day; don't need a digital timer. And it there's a power outage, the fish still get fed, just a little later

I purchased the Superfeeder a few years ago for when we go on vacation, so the use is sporadic. It works great and distributes the correct amount of food. The cats will hover around when the timer is set to go off so they do learn. Never had any problems with it and it is very well made. I decided to buy a second one to supplement the first one since I have a cat with a special diet.
The only issue that might happen is the connection between the feeder and large hopper. It is held by friction and a small screw, if knocked over it might possibly break or if lifted by the hopper. A solution would be to use clear packing tape to make a cat proof solid connection.

Love this feeder. It allows wife and I to sleep through the night. Was worried our very smart cat would figure out how to burgle food from it. Happily that hasn't happened. We have two cats and they both run to it when it drops food (8 times per day). So far they seem to take turns eating. Occasionally they will eat together. The only suggestion I have is to make a bowl that splits the food to the far left and right sides of the bowl. Otherwise the food falls to the middle of the bowl and they are less likely to share at the same time.

Purchased 2 Superfeeders for my 2 cats. One is a locksmith and I can say that he hasn't succeeded in attaining the food and it's not as if he hasn't tried. He's can't wait for us to get up at 5:30 he wants to eat earlier. We're now able to sleep until the alarm goes off. We can now go camping for the weekends without having someone coming over every day for the cats. So it's freedom for everyone. Very easy to adjust and the quantity is very close 9 times out of 10.

I have been using this feeder for about a week, and so far am very satisfied with it. The video was very helpful in setting it up-- I followed it step by step and had no problems with the set up at all. I like the ruggedness of this feeder, the small footprint (although I wish the two clear extensions were larger, but now that I've used it for a few days, I will order the large hopper), and the mechanical design. I am using Purina Healthy Metabolism food which is NOT round and smooth, but has odd shapes. Although Superfeeder recommends smooth round kibble, this food seems to be working fine so far. I purchase the analog timer version, but am not using that time-- I had a digital one and am running it on that without any problem.

Over the past 8 years, I have purchased 3 Ergo auto pet feeders. One is still running but on the other two, the augers broke (one after 7.5 years and one after six months!). I've always disliked the design of the Ergo feeder. The mechanics of the auger can cause food to get stuck in the auger (which broke the two I owned), it is extremely difficult to take apart to clean, and even the smallest version has a large footprint.

Providing no problems develop with the Superfeeder down the road, I have switched from Ergo to Superfeeder for future purchases.

I have installed my feeder inside a tack room in my barn with the food being delivered twice a day via 2" PVC.

I would like to commend your company on both quality service and equipment. The products came neatly packaged and using the video for both the feeder and the digital timer I was able to program the timer and set up and calibrate the feeder. It works perfectly!!!

Super feeders are the best feeders you can buy. These extensions allow me to travel for weeks with out the fear my cats won't be fed. Worth the money

Looked at lots of cheapies, but I wanted one with a cord. No batteries.....and there are't many options. This looks as if it will last forever!
