we have being using this Feeder for a long time, more than 10 or 12 years. We have made changes to the bowl and we can travel with almost no worries . we built a enclosure to protect from rain and weather and it's great! good price range .

I finally own a feeder that I don't have to worry about while I am on vacation. I have it paired with a WIFI plug adapter that fires the feeding process. I simply LOVE IT !!

Had this feeder for 2 years now, absolutely no problems! Never stopped working or missed a meal like those amazon feeders. I really wanted to buy a feeder for life and this is it!!

I purchased by first Super Feeder back in 2002-2003 for the smartest, most determined, persistent Apple-Head Siamese that refused to take no for an answer to his constant requests to be fed 1/2 hour earlier, then another 1/2 hour before that, etc. each day until he was waking me at 3:30am. The feeder worked, I slept until my alarm went off, and there was peace in the house... until I tripped over my homemade stand, smashing it on the hard floor, and broke it. By then it was somewhere around 7 years later and I had 2 cats, so I purchased this 2 feeder set which lasted around 14 years! They honestly would still be going if they hadn't been abused during a long distance move and then dropped down the stairs! Sigh...

This is my third set. While I sadly had to say goodbye to my last fur babies due to old age, I have a new set, one of which is also a "too smart for his own good" Apple-Head Siamese mix who can break into anything through his shear willingness to spend hours upon hours working diligently without a break to get what he wants. These feeders are tough and smart and they take Tucker's abuse all day long without giving up the gold! Now he and his partner in crime sit and wait quietly for the feeder to go off simultaneously in the mornings and I sleep until my alarm goes off. Best cat feeders on the market! So worth it!

I really appreciate that Super-Feed has spare parts and accessories of all types available. My dog managed to break the housing and chute cover and these replacements got my feeder working again. I’m thankful to not have to purchase a replacement feeder to address repairs. Thank you!

great product. I bought first one 14 years ago. still going strong. I recently purchased a second one. Only problem is the feeder adjustment is so small I can hardly get a screwdriver to fit.

We researched a lot of different feeders and chose Super-Feed for our Koi pond. I am very happy with it’s performance and set up.

We purchased two feeders about 8 years ago and they have performed flawlessly. (Timers every two years)
Our cats get their meals on time whether we are home or not. They hear them go off before we do and run to their next meal. Both feeders started skipping and not dispensing properly a couple of months back. So we purchased two more and our girls are happy again.. We would highly recommend them.

We needed a way to reliably feed our outdoor community/farm cats when we have to travel for work and be gone a few days at a time. I came across this company and product through online searching and ordered after reading positive reviews. We received the feeder quickly, my husband got it set up and mounted, and it has worked wonderfully. We plan to order an additional hopper and perhaps another unit soon. Excellent Service for parts

I ordered this feeder for two feral cats at our shore house. Someone had been feeding them for 7 years and moved away. Before use we had to build an enclosure that would keep the weather and other animals out and blend in with our garden and house. Mission accomplished. It's only been a couple of weeks but the feeder seems to be working just fine. The most frustrating part is setting up the timer and staying around for a few days to make sure it is dispensing the food at the set time and that the amount of food is adequate.

Good: the feeder was as I feel made of quality material works as described
I will be using it as a outdoor feeder hopefully it will be able to handle the winter weather in Ohio, if not it will still be of value the rest of the year.

Bad: It was kind of confusing in trying to program the timer plug, as I have never programmed anything through my phone before a little more information would have been helpful.

So far a great product, only wish the top filler spout be a little wider! But it a great product.
