I've shopped at Sundry since 2021 and this is my first time leaving a 3-star rather than a 5-star glowing review. Reasons for downgrade: prices have gotten very expensive (compare to similar items at Z Supply) and customer service is cumbersome and slow, not to mention there's no phone # to call when a mistake was made on Sundry's end and I simply wanted a prepaid shipping label to return the item that was a different color than pictured on your website. I write this as someone who has stacks of Sundry clothing in my bureau so I hope my comments will be helpful to keep your business thriving.

The shopping experience was fine, except everything runs really small. I am normally a small in tops and sweatshirts, but I got the medium thinking your brand might run small. The mediums are too small on me.! And they were final sale.

I absolutely love Sundry clothing, and I have purchased it for years. The quality is fantastic, but the shipping time is way too slow. I had to wait 3 weeks for my order.

When they have had sales in the past, there have been some good deals. But their full priced items are way overpriced for what they are. And the shipping is ridiculous. Plus, they sent me a discount code that doesn't even work. Their stuff is just not that great for me to even bother with them. I think they are under new ownership.
