Love the credit union. Everyone is very helpful and always answers the phone quickly and help. The reason for only four stars today, I'm extremely frustrated with the website. I've been locked out and its after hours. I can not get the website to send me an email to reset the password. It tells me I'm locked out and to go to another link and I can't get anywhere. There should be an easier way to unlock your password after hours.

Member for 30+ years. Extremely satisfied with all aspects, except the recent change to automated tellers. "People Caring About People"? This seems like just a means to save a buck or two. In my experience it is slower and more frustrating. Also far less sanitary with everybody touching the same screens over and over. I miss the personal touch of face to face interaction.

I'm really torn about this rating. Up until the lobby was closed and we needed to do the drive thru I would have given a 5 star rating and a 10 to recommend to my friends. I've been a member for 30+ years and this is the first time I've been disappointed. I recently needed a large sum of money and wanted to get hundred dollar bills. The drive thru machine can only give up to fifty dollar bills per the associate. I wasn't looking forward to carrying around a wad of fifty dollar bills.

Your website is slow. Cuts you off in the middle of transaction. Ever since you changed your system the website is awful. The people that answer the phone are always nice and helpful when I've had questions.

I opened my account at SFCU when they first opened and have been a member ever since. The service is wonderful at all of the branches that I use. When my son was in the military for 25 yrs he was able to use the service also when he was deployed. SFCU for me is better then any bank. I am so happy that I still am able to use them even after retirement.

Always a great experience from cashing a check to applying for a loan. Member since 1996. I think the new bank on Reynolds Rd is state of the art. I went in and realized at the time they do not have a teller at a desk. . They have a couple of TV monitors that you approach and tap on in order for a live teller to come up on the screen. It was a fast and easy way to bank.
